Graduate Development Programme
We have made a long-term commitment to the UK by proposing the development and operation of two new power station sites on Anglesey and in South Gloucestershire.
To help deliver this commitment, we’ll be looking for talented graduates to join the Horizon team and help us in our mission to deliver a new generation of nuclear power stations for the UK.
In recent years we’ve supported 12 students through summer and industrial placements and 18 graduates, many who have progressed from our placement schemes into permanent roles.
Once graduates have completed their 18-month programme, which sees them rotate around the business, they move into key roles and are encouraged to continue on a path to chartership of a relevant professional institution. We currently have six graduates moving into long-term roles across our organisation.
We’re currently carrying out our annual review of our requirements for undergraduate students, graduates and master’s graduates. More information about upcoming opportunities will be available here in the months ahead.
Industrial Placements & Internships
For students who are currently studying at university we’re able to support a small number of
industrial placements and internships each year. Summer internships typically last 8-12 weeks and industrial placements 8-12 months.
