A short animation that supports our KS2 outreach programme. The animation introduces renewables as an alternative to fossil fuels and shows some of the different forms of renewable and low carbon energy sources that are used to produce power.

A short animation that supports our KS2 outreach programme. The animation explains in a simple way how nuclear power is produced and how it gets to our homes.

A short animation that supports our KS2 outreach programme. The animation suggests simple ways in which pupils can reduce their impact on the environment.

 
Electricity and You (App)
A short, fun app designed to get children thinking about how they use electricity in the home and how nuclear power stations generate electricity. The App is also supported by a set of downloadable Maths worksheets. The App can be downloaded onto Apple and Android tablets.
